KHF Newsletter - Fall 2022

Collective responsibility for collective good. Since our founding in 2018 and with this vision in mind, we have focused our collective efforts to have the greatest, positive impact on individuals, families, and communities. Specifically, we have invested heavily into in the educational advancement and the physical and spiritual well-being of members of our communities. To address these, we have organized programs like seasonal food packages, educational scholarships, religious pilgrimages, and micro-loans to small businesses. More details and programs can be found here. Through this multifaceted approach, we provide immediate assistance to those in need while striving towards supporting self sufficiency as individuals advance in their educational pursuits and establish successful businesses.

As we approach our 5 year anniversary, we are continuing to expand our efforts in the areas above and in new ventures. One of our mid-term goals currently includes organizing our first health screenings in both the USA and Nigeria. During this health screening event, we will provide screening tests (e.g. for hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, and others) for members of the community.

This work done above has been made possible by partnerships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and beneficiaries of our programs. We hope that you will signing up for our newsletters/updates, share our work with your network, and donate to our cause. By partnering with us and our grantees, our collective investments will enable us to increase our impact as we strive for collective good within our communities.

Sincerely,

Executive Board of the Kolre Humanitarian Foundation
